Night Skiing

Night skiing is offered with limited terrain located from the South Quad chairlift, with access to up to five beginner and beginner-intermediate trails and one terrain park. Night skiing and snowboarding is available on Saturday and Wednesday nights and daily during holiday and vacation periods, beginning mid-December through early-March.  Night Skiing will conclude on Saturday, March 16th.

Please know that trails that are open for night skiing and snowboarding are not re-groomed midday and snow conditions will be variable. Guests looking to ski or snowboard after the sun goes down should be comfortable riding a chairlift and navigating intermediate terrain.

Ski and snowboard rentals are available through our ski shop and can be reserved online.

Uphill Travel

Cranmore encourages uphill travel on the resort with the purchase of an uphill day ticket or an uphill season pass. With the purchase of each Uphill Season Pass, Cranmore will donate $20 to Granite Backcountry Alliance. This North Conway-based non-profit promotes the sport of backcountry skiing and outdoor advocacy in New Hampshire and Western Maine.

Uphill access is permitted only from 7am-3:30pm, and 7pm when the resort is open for night skiing.  Those on the mountain after 3:30pm will be turned around by Ski Patrol.

All uphill travelers must have a valid uphill ticket, lift ticket, season pass or uphill pass and pass must be visible at all times.  Skinning Day tickets are $19, or a season pass can be purchased for $149. Uphill tickets are available for purchase day of until 2pm.

From 7am until lift opening, uphill and downhill travel is restricted to Beginner’s Luck, Gibson, and Easy Street. From lift opening until 3:30pm, uphill travel is restricted to open terrain.  During night skiing, uphill travel is limited to the South Slope only. Dogs are not permitted at any time.

Skinning Day tickets are $19, or a season pass can be purchased for $149.

This policy is subject to change at any time due to weather and resort operations.
