Scenic Chairlift Rides & Mountain Top Restaurant

New Hampshire's Summit Adventure

Scenic chairlift rides are a summer activity the whole family can enjoy! Take a relaxing 7-minute ride to the top of the mountain on Cranmore’s four passenger summit chairlift. After reaching the top, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and take in the stunning views of the surrounding Mount Washington Valley and prestigious Mount Washington from 2,000 feet.

Located at the summit, the historic Meister Hut restaurant is the perfect spot to kick back and relax. The Meister Hut offers a lunch menu, grab and go snacks and, and local craft beer. Riders can also pack a bagged lunch for a mountaintop picnic!

After exploring the peak, board the Skimobile Express Quad for a scenic chairlift ride back to the base area.

Looking for a longer trek?  Check out the Black Cap Connector Trail.  A longer 2 mile traverse to neighboring Black Cap Mountain.  Still relatively easy and family friendly, the hike offers stunning 360 degree views of the area once reaching the summit.

Fall Chairlift Rides

For a truly unforgettable experience visit our New England resort in September and early October to take in the colors of New Hampshire like never before with a fall chairlift ride. Our resort is a favorite destination for leaf peepers every year. Soar above the trees as you are dazzled by all the vibrant colors of fall.

Mountain Biking

Instead of taking the chairlift back down to the bottom, guests are welcome to bring their mountain bikes with them on the ride up and then take the dirt trails down.
