Temps are dropping, and snowmaking will be back in action by the day’s end. It looks like we have a nice stretch of cold weather, too.
Our snowmaking team is working on finishing up Phase 6, which includes Hurricane, Zip’s, and Emperor. Phase 7 is locked and loaded in most areas, and we’re ready to move onto Rattlesnake, Lower Hurricane, and Evergreen as soon as we wrap up Phase 6.
Going into the weekend, we’re looking at dropping rope on Triple Shot, the rest of North Slope, Lower Kandahar, and possibly Emperor. This addition would bring us to having 70% of our snowmaking terrain open. Keep an eye out on the Snow Report where we'll keep everyone updated on resort conditions and operations.
After 1 foot of fresh snow from Monday’s storm, the skiing and riding are prime. Get out there and make some turns!
