NORTH CONWAY, NH- Cranmore Mountain Resort is excited to announce several staffing updates, including promotions of winter staff and the addition of some new faces to their full-time year-round team.
New to the resort is Kelly Sareault, Resort Services Manager. Sareault holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Management and Policy with a focus in Program and Event Administration from the University of New Hampshire. With a background in higher education, Sareault is excited to help families create lifelong memories and have perfect vacation experiences while visiting the Valley. Sareault will oversee all aspects of resort services departments including staffing, training, coaching on all products and services.
Amanda Hayford is Cranmore’s new Events and Sales Coordinator. From Tamworth, NH, Hayford spent several winters working as a snowboard instructor at Cranmore while in high school. Her interests have taken her to many state parks, theme parks, ski resorts, and hotels across the country, and she’s looking forward to combining her skills with her passion for winter sports. Hayford attended Keene State College studying Documentary Filmmaking.
Winter phone operator and ticket office employee, Sam Warren, has expanded his role to a full-time year-round position as Resort Services Supervisor. Born and raised in New Hampshire, Warren spent summers working for Huttopia in Albany, NH. Warren will assist Sareault with the daily operations of the resort services department.
Longtime Cranmore ski instructor and SnowSports Supervisor, Tyrrell Nickerson has joined Cranmore as a year-round employee overseeing the Bike Park in the summer. Dan Robbins, winter Terrain Park Lead, has been promoted to Terrain Park Supervisor, and general summer operations Supervisor. Kyle Drouin, rental shop lead was also promoted to Rental Shop Supervisor as a full-time year-round team member.
Cranmore is now open with the Mountain Adventure Park, Scenic Chairlift and downhill bike park, Wednesday – Sunday, 10am – 5pm, through Labor Day, and then weekends only, Labor Day through Columbus Day. For more information and to purchase park tickets, visit www.cranmore.com.
