Phase I of Kearsarge Brook Condominiums at Cranmore Now Sold Out

North Conway, NH (July 10, 2019) – With Phase I of Cranmore Mountain Resort’s $50 million base area redevelopment plan, named Kearsarge Brook Condominiums at Cranmore, now sold out, sales are currently underway for Phase II of the project.  Contracts are now being accepted with move-in dates projected for December 2020.

Phase I included 18 two- and three-bedroom residences offering direct access to Cranmore’s slopes and surrounding views of the White Mountains.  To build on the success of Phase I, Phase II building will be attached to Phase I’s building and consist of 19 additional residences.  Both buildings are located at the base of Cranmore’s South Slope, featuring easy ski-in/ski out access and sweeping slopeside or sunset views, and close proximity to spring, summer and fall activities and attractions. 

Purchased as whole ownership, residences in Phase II include two- and three-bedroom units and range from approximately 1,249 to 2,082 square feet.  All Phase II units include an ensuite Master, stone-faced propane fireplace in the main living area, a patio (first floor units) or balcony, and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the entire home.   Additional Kearsarge Brook features and amenities include gated parking, elevator access to floors two – four, and membership options for an onsite fitness room and year-round heated outdoor pool and hot tub.

“With news that Phase I is sold out, Cranmore’s future development has great traction as we move into Phase II.” Said Cranmore President & GM, Ben Wilcox.  “Phase II will only bring us closer to our long-term goal of adding residential and new lodge space for guests.”

Phase II will be the second of what will eventually be six new base area buildings at the base of Cranmore Mountain.  Phases III, IV, V and VI will consist of both residential and day-ski facilities.  New buildings will eventually replace all of Cranmore’s existing facilities, except for the Cranmore Ticket Office building and the historic summit Meister Hut.  New ski facilities will include a restaurant, cafeteria, seating, locker rooms, restrooms, changing areas, rental shop, ski retail shop, snow sports instruction registration and other skier service areas.  Two-, three- and four-bedroom condominium units will be built on the second and third floors of the final four phases.
