One of the best college deals in the East! The NH College Pass offers unlimited skiing & riding, with no blackout dates at Cranmore, Gunstock, Waterville Valley & Cannon.  To qualify, students must have a minimum of 9 credits as of fall 2022. Student must present physical copy of schedule showing credit hours AND college ID.  All required items must be presented at time of pass pickup to qualify - pass must be picked up at the mountain where pass was purchased.  Additional information may be required.

Valid every non-holiday Sunday throughout the 2021-22 winter season for student registered in SAU 9, SAU 13 or SAD 72 school districts Ages 14 & Under.

All ages are as of January 1, 2022. Must show report card, or home school registration. Home school and charter school must show proof of residency in one of the SAU 9, SAU 13, or SAD 72 school districts.

Uphill Skinning Pass - CURRENT SEASON

Earn your turns this winter, with an Uphill Skinning Season Pass, valid any day during this winter season.

Note: Uphill access to the mountain is permitted two hours prior to operating hours and during operating hours only, with a valid ticket,or season pass, and does not include access to the chairlift.  Click here to view Cranmore's Uphill Travel Policy.

Pass does not include passholder benefits listed above. Uphill Skinning Pass is not protected by the Happy Trails Assurance Program.

$20 from each Uphill Season Pass sold will go directly to the Granite Backcountry Alliance, a non-profit whose mission is to advance the sport of backcountry skiing in New Hampshire and Western Maine by providing low-impact human-powered backcountry skiing opportunities to the public through the creation, improvement and maintenance of ski glades.

Season Pass FAQ

Which season pass is right for me?

Cranmore offers a variety of local ski  Pass options that come in all shapes and sizes. Choosing the annual ski pass that is right for you requires a little research and pre-planning:

  • Happy Trails Black Diamond.  Valid at Cranmore, any day throughout the season.
  • Happy Trails Blue.  Valid at Cranmore any day that isn’t considered a holiday period.  2022/23 holiday periods include 12/26/22 – 1/1/23; 1/14/23 – 1/15/23; 2/18/23 – 2/25/23.
  • White Mountain Superpass.  Unlimited skiing and riding with no blackout dates at Cranmore, Bretton Woods, Cannon Mountain, and Waterville Valley.
  • NH College Pass.  Available for qualifying college students.  Includes unlimited skiing and riding with no blackout dates at Cranmore, Cannon Mountain, Waterville Valley, and Gunstock.
  • Sun N’ Snow.  Valid Sunday – Friday, non-holiday at Cranmore and Bretton Woods.

How does the payment plan work?

Purchase your Happy Trails season pass prior to the Tier 1 deadline (May 31, 2022) and pay only a one-time upfront $50 service charge per transaction. Your total purchase price will be split into 6 equal payments, with the first payment due at the time of purchase, with the remainder automatically charged each month to the credit card on file. 

 

May I use a Cranmore Gift Card on a Season Pass purchase?

Of course! To purchase an annual ski pass using a Cranmore gift card, call us at 603-356-5544 ext. 332 or stop by the Cranmore Ticket Office during operating hours. 

Is there a military discount?

We do not offer a military discount on Season Passes.

I have a season pass credit for this season – how do I use this to get my Season Pass?

Please call us at 603-356-5544 ext. 332 to apply an existing credit to your 2022/2023 Season Pass purchase.

How do I pick up my pass?

To provide the smoothest transition to Winter 2022-23, Season Passes will be printed and mailed in the Fall. If you’re buying your pass online, there will be an option to upload a current headshot for your pass.  If you are a returning passholder and have moved to a different residence in the last year, please contact the ticket office to confirm your new mailing address.

Things to keep in mind prior to uploading your season pass photo:

  • Photos: Please make sure your full face is in the frame with no sunglasses or face coverings.  Please no professional photos as the file size is too large.  Think passport photo – but smile!
  • Please make sure your photo is taken against a plain background.

Can I get a refund on my pass?

We do not offer cash refunds on local ski season pass purchases. We’ve implemented a “no questions asked” season pass deferment option (credit valid for the 2023-24 season) for all 2022-23 Happy Trails passes purchased prior to 12/1/2022. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

So, can I simply get my money back for my pass(es)?

What if the resort closes and I am unable to use my season pass?

We are guaranteeing a minimum of 100 operating days next winter. While we expect to exceed 100 days, we have established a new guarantee for guests where we will credit you 1% towards a 2023-24 ski and snowboarding pass for each day we fall below 100 days of operation.  
 

*The 100-day guarantee is reflective of the total resort winter operational days during the 2022 - 2023 season, and not the number of days you have access to the mountain based on your pass purchase.  

What happens if I become injured or sick and I am unable to finish out my season pass? What are my options?

As in previous years, you have the opportunity to roll your ski and snowboarding pass over to the next season. With supporting documentation from a physician, the cost of the pass can be rolled over to next season. The amount rolled over can be anywhere from 25-100%, depending on the date of the rollover request and surrender of the pass.

What if I am a White Mountain Super Pass, NH College Pass or Sun N Snow passholder? Does any of the above apply to me?

Yes.  The 100-day guarantee and deferment option are available for any season pass that was purchased through Cranmore Mountain, including the White Mountain Super Pass, Sun N Snow Pass, and NH College Pass.

Mountains of Distinction Bonus for Cranmore Happy Trails Passholders!

Cranmore Mountain season passholders receive the following discounts at these participating Mountain of Distinction resorts, on days/dates when your pass is valid at Cranmore:

On Saturdays, Sundays and holiday periods (as defined by each participating resort), Cranmore Mountain passholders will receive $15 off the cost of a full-day/full price lift ticket.  Your pass needs to be valid at Cranmore Mountian during the same time period in order to obtain the discount. 

During non-holiday periods, Monday through Friday, Cranmore Mountain passholders will receive 50% off a full-day/full price lift ticket.  Your season pass needs to be valid at Cranmore Mountain during the same period in order to obtain the discount.

Discounts will not be extended without presentation of a valid Cranmore Mountain Happy Trails Pass.  Please bring your pass to the mountain's guest services location to purchase your ticket.  Please, no exceptions.
