Frequently Asked Questions

Where is the Tubing/Mountain Adventure park located?

The Cranmore Tubing Park is located at the base of Cranmore Mountain, between the main base lodge and the Artist Falls Lodge.  Tickets maye be purchased at the Artist Falls Lodge.

Where do I purchase tickets?

We strongly recommend pre-purchasing tubing tickets online at cranmore.com, especially on Saturdays and holiday and vacation periods.  Pre-purchase online, in advance and save $5 on select days (discount not valid Saturday and holiday/vacation periods).  Please note, online sales are not available for the same day as your arrival.

NEW this year, tubing will be sold in 2-hour time blocks starting every hour.  This will allow guests to pre-purchase tickets for a specific time-slot online in advance, or at the Arist Falls Lodge on arrival.

Do I need to make a reservation?

We strongly recommend pre-purchasing tubing tickets online at cranmore.com, especially on Saturdays and holiday and vacation periods.  New this year, tubing will be sold in 2-hour time blocks on the hour - this will allow guests to pre-purchase tickets for a specific time-slot online in advance, or at the Arist Falls Lodge on arrival.  If there is a wait upon arrival for  guests who have not pre-purchased tickets, tickets can be purchased for a later time that day based on availability.  Simply leave and come back at your designated time and return right to the tubing hill!

Please note, online sales are not available for the same day as your arrival.

What if I bought tickets online?

There is a separate line for pre-purchased tickets.

Guests without reservations ARE NOT guaranteed to be able to tube directly upon arrival.  Depending upon availability, tickets can be purchased for time slots later that day.  If the waiver requirements are satisfied,  the guests may take their tickets and report directly to the tubing hill at the reserved time and need not come back to the tubing desk..

Can I simply call and put my name on the wait list?

At least one person in your party must be present at the tubing desk to reserve tickets for a later time if there is a wait, but remember, any guest 18 years of age or older, must sign their release of liability online or in person, before the tickets can be picked up. Once waivers are verified, the tickets can be given to your representative and then simply return to the tubing park for your scheduled time slot.

My child is over 42 inches tall, but is afraid to use their own tube.

We understand that sometimes children can be hesitant to use their own tube, but it is for safety reasons we require any one over 42 inches to use their own tube.  We recommend that you hold onto your child’s tube and have them go down the hill beside you (subject to change to weather).
