Plan ahead of best availability for Ski and Snowboard lift tickets

Located in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire, just 1 mile from downtown North Conway Village, and 2.5 hours from the Boston area, lies New Hampshire’s favorite skiing and snowboarding destination. Cranmore Mountain is a family-friendly ski resort, known for perfectly manicured snow conditions, sunny, south-facing slopes, terrain and trails for all ability levels, and festive atmosphere. 

To help make the most of your trip to Cranmore this season, we have limited the number of ski lift tickets sold each day. Pre-purchase your tickets in advance to guarantee resort access – tickets will sell out during peak periods. Check back frequently for updates on our COVID safety guidelines and ticket availability.

Lift Ticket Options

Cranmore Mountain is offering full day - single day lift passes for the current winter season. Guests looking for multi-day lift passes must purchase each day separately. Skiers and snowboarders are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance as quantities are limited and prices are subject to change. All ski tickets must be purchased online. Same day lift ticket purchases are subject to availability. 

Lift passes are valid from lift opening until 4pm. Night skiing tickets are available on Saturdays and during vacation/holiday periods and are valid from 4pm – 8pm.

All lift passes are non-transferable. 

Full mountain lift tickets are available for:

  • Tot (5 & under)
  • Youth or Senior (6 - 12, 65+)
  • Teen & Adult (13 - 64)

Beginner Basin only passes are available and grant access to the Magic Carpet, Flying Carpet, and C-More Double Chairlift (weekends & holidays) and the Magic Carpet only during midweek periods. Beginner Basin ski tickets are based on all ages.

On the Day of Arrival

On the day of your arrival, go to  the Cranmore Ticket Office in the main base area. Please send one person in your party into the ticket office to pick up tickets. 

PLEASE NOTE: If you have purchased lessons or rental equipment with your ski lift ticket purchase, you will receive a pre-arrival message with instructions on where to go the day of your arrival.

What are lift ticket prices for the 2020-21 ski season?

Is there a savings for multi-day products?

This season we are not offering multi-day lift tickets. Guests looking to purchase lift tickets for multiple days must purchase lift passes separately.

Can I purchase a lift ticket on-site day of?

This season we are encouraging all guests to purchase ski lift tickets online, prior to arrival. Same day, on-site ski ticket purchases are based strictly on availability.

What is your Refund Policy?

We do not typically close or shut down our lift operations due to weather conditions like rain or snow. On the off chance that we are forced to close our lifts for the safety of our guests, we will work with guests to move their reservations to another day. 

If you are not able to visit, you may receive a full refund for your ski lift tickets, if done prior to 7 days of arrival. Within 3 - 7 days, lift ticket dates can be adjusted, based on availability. Inside the 72 hour window, ticket purchases are final.

 

Do you offer a military discount?

We offer a $15 discount on full priced lift tickets for active military and their dependents, Monday – Friday, non-holiday.

For retired military, we offer a $15 discount on full priced lift tickets for the individual, Monday – Friday, non-holiday.

Military tickets can be purchased over the phone at 603-356-5544 ext. 0 or at the resort based on availability. Must present military ID at Ticket Office to pick-up tickets.

Discount cannot be combined with any other deals, specials or offers. 

 

Do you offer group or corporate rates?

Due to reduced resort capacity, we are not offering group or corporate rates on any ski or snowboarding product for this winter season.

Are there combined packages for lift tickets, rental equipment, and lesson programs?

Rental Equipment:

Rental equipment must be purchased separately when not purchasing a lesson package that includes equipment rentals. ALL RENTAL RESERVATIONS MUST be purchased online at least 48 hours prior to the day of arrival. Same-day equipment rentals or reservations within the 48- hour window are not available at the resort. Lessons:

Our private ski and snowboard lessons for guests ages 6 and up, include access to the Beginner Basin only. Guests in a private lesson can upgrade to a full mountain lift ticket during the online purchase process or at the resort the day of their lesson.

KidsRule Mountain Camp Packages for kids ages 7 – 12 include a full mountain ski ticket. 

Pre-school Ski or Snowboard lessons for kids ages 4 & 5 include access to the Beginner Basin only. You can upgrade your child  to a full mountain lift ticket at the resort the day of the lesson.

 

What is your cancelation policy?

What happens if it rains on the day of our arrival?

All of our services are available rain or shine.

It is very uncommon for the resort to close due to weather conditions. If for some reason the resort deems conditions to be unsafe enough to close for the day you plan to visit, we will work with you to reschedule as best as we can. 

If an upcoming forecast looks like it will be providing weather that would make your activities with us uncomfortable, please let us know with at least 72-hour notice to reschedule.  All purchases inside the 72-hour window prior to arrival are final.
