Expectations of You
Our expectations of our guests and staff.
For our staff's safety, and those guests not yet vacinated, we have adopted the following policy (effective beginning May 29th, 2021):
Due to the end of the State of Emergency in New Hampshire, and most recent CDC recommendations, we are no longer requiring staff and guests who are fully vaccinated to wear a face covering. We are recommending staff and guests who are not vaccinated to continue to wear a face covering while indoors and when physical distancing of 6 feet or greater cannot be maintained.
Wherever possible, please maintain a 6 foot distance between yourself and others that are not members of your traveling party.
Wash your hands often and avoid touching your face.
In addition to soap and water located in the restrooms, we have installed hand sanitizing stations located throughout the resort, and at the entrance to all indoor spaces. We have also installed Plexiglass or other types of barriers/hygiene screens in frequent, close interaction areas wherever practical for the safety of our guests and staff.
Stop the spread.
Don’t feel well? Stay home. We will work with you to reschedule your visit. Some questions to ask yourself prior to arriving to the resort:
- In the past 14 days have you had close contact with a person confirmed to have COVID-19?
- Today or in the past 24 hours have you and any of the following symptoms?
- Shortness of Breath or Difficulty Breathing
- Fever (>100.4°F/38°C) or felt feverish
- Muscle Pain
- Sore Throat
- New Loss of Taste or Smell
If you develop symptoms once you are on property, please go home. Please call us at 603-354-5544 ext. 241 so we can understand any areas you may have come in contact with, as well as help you with your return visit.
If you have any health, safety, or cleanliness concerns, please email [email protected].
