Skiing and Snowboarding Lessons for Adults
Gain confidence on snow.
At Cranmore, our goal is to create a lifelong passion for skiing and snowmaking, all while building self-esteem, in a safe and fun learning environment. Our professional instructors look forward to sharing their love for winter and their enthusiasm for teaching. With each adult ski or snowboard lesson, you will learn skills leaving you looking forward to your next time on snow.
This winter, safety is first and foremost in all our programming. Private lessons will be offered and will allow your instructor to customize your lesson experience in a comfortable and safe learning environment. You and your instructor will work together to build confidence and skill on snow – whether it’s your first time on snow, or you’re looking to improve your skills to take your abilities to the next level.

Our re-invented lesson experience for this season includes:
- Reserving lessons in advance – over the phone, or online. Walk ups or same day reservations will not be available. Plan ahead to guarantee availably and express check-in.
- Private lessons for adults ages 13 and up, with an option to add up to three friends or family members of the same ability level for a Friends and Family adult ski or snowboard lesson. Smaller lesson sizes mean a more customized lesson experience.
- Face coverings are required throughout the entire lesson. Physical distancing will be practiced in all lessons with no physical assistance from the instructor.
- Guests will be required to undergo an online heath-screening and temperature check prior to arrival, for the safety of our instructors and other guests
Terrain Based Learning
Everything about your learning experience has been designed to ensure your success and enjoyment on snow. We use the Terrain Based Learning Method ™ in all our beginner ski and snowboard lessons. Terrain Based Learning uses specifically shaped snow features to naturally control your speed and body positioning, removing the traditional fears and anxieties associated with your first time sliding on snow.
