Hello, Cranmore family,
We hope everyone is having a wonderful Thanksgiving. We are thankful for our snowmakers and groomers; because of them, we are able to officially open for the 2015-16 ski season tomorrow, Friday, November 27th!
We will be skiing and riding from the top of the South Quad, skiing Snow Train to Lower Beginner's Luck. Expect a base depth of 6-12 inches with machine groomed and variable conditions. Expect a few thin spots which can be typical with early season skiing.
Lift ticket rates are $25 for adults and teens and $19 for juniors and seniors.
The tubing park and Mountain Adventure Park will also be open with one lane of tubing and the Mountain Adventure Park. Early season pricing for the tubing park is $22 and unlimited rides in the Mountain Adventure Park for $29, we will be offering a special early season rate on the Mountain Adventure and Tubing Park combo ticket, which gets you 2 hours of tubing and unlimited rides in the Mountain Adventure Park for $35 through the weekend. Age, height and weight restrictions do apply.
On opening day, $5 from all lift ticket purchases will be donated to the local Angels and Elves project.
Rentals, Legends Grille, Zip's Pub, Sliders Cafe and Bar and Sport Thoma will be open as well.
Temperatures are expected to be warm on Friday so we will monitor snow conditions throughout the day. We are expected to be open through Sunday.
Don’t miss our Homecoming event coming up on Saturday, November 28th - we'll have live music, a trail sign auction, more mugs on sale for our Mug Club, a showing of the latest Warren Miller film, "Chasing Shadows," and more. Click here for details & tickets.

Kudos to the snowmakers and groomers! They performed some magic on the mountain and based on the warmer than normal temps we have had, it’s great to meet our projected opening date!
See everyone in the morning!
