January 20th Update

Happy Martin Luther King, Jr. Day!

After some challenging weather over the last few weeks I would like to commend our groomers who have done a great job providing an excellent snow surface to ski on.  I was asked if we lost terrain going into this last weekend and it was exciting to say that we actually opened more trails because we had stockpiled snow on Arlberg and Lower Hurricane.

I was also asked over the weekend if we were done with snowmaking.  The answer to this is simple --- NO WAY!!  We will be firing up on North Conway and Rattlesnake starting tonight so we can finish all of our non-glade trails.  These two trails will be added for next weekend which means we will have 100% of our non-glade trails open for our guests.  We will also be resurfacing the comp slope, the Alley, Lower Hurricane, Beginner Basin, Zips, Koessler, Middle and the tubing park.

We have been getting rave reviews from guests and we will continue to make snow so we can offer some of the best skiing in the Mount Washington Valley as well as the best skiing in all of NH and Maine.

If you have skied with us this winter you know what I'm talking about.

Thanks again to our snowmaking and grooming teams for making this a fantastic winter!!
