Leanne Smith Goes to the Olympics!Leanne Smith was recently named to the 2010 U.S. OLYMPIC ALPINE SKI TEAM. She is truly a Cranmore kid. She took lessons from Cranmore Snowsports school, took part in Cranmore's Rattlesnake seasonal ski program and then onto the Cranmore Race Team. From there, she competed with the Mt. Washington Valley Ski TEam and the Kennett High School ski team for 4 years. Leanne's dad worked at Cranmore as a groomer and on the race crew.

Wednesday, February 10thAspiring local skier Devin Delaney, daughter of Lanette and Dick Delaney, is gearing up to join the US Ski Team. As you all know the US ski team is not supported by our government and all team members must pay their own way.
Feb 10th - Meet and race with Devin on the Meister course. Delaney's Hole in the Wall Pub will be having a Silent Auction at Zip's Pub with some great prizes that you can bid on from Delaney's and other valley businesses.
Feb. 13 - Nastar Race to Support Devin Delaney. $5 to run NASTAR, 100% of the proceeds to go to US Ski Team member Devin Delaney.
