The band has honed their live show the old-fashioned way - putting in the time, spending years on the road. Aside from their skillful musicianship, there's a spontaneous energy that intangibly connects them with their audience, and their powerful performances have helped build a dedicated fan base that's been clamoring for The Outsiders.

"This band is our life - it's everything, really the only thing that we've done for the last 10 years," lead singer Bear Rinehart stated, explaining that the band literally poured everything they had into The Outsiders. "We know this is the best record we've ever made." The band’s website is www.needtobreathe.net.

Multi-instrumentalist Grace Potter and the Nocturnals are a Vermont-based band gaining national recognition. The band consists of 5 members including keyboard specialist Potter, lead guitarist Scott Tournet, drummer Matt Burr, bassist Catherine Popper, and rhythm guitarist Benny Yurco. “We had a stylistic epiphany,” Potter says of her band’s exponential leap. “We realized we’re not the kind of band that’s ever gonna fit neatly in one genre, and this time we just let the songs be the songs. We just naturally wound up playing them in a certain way — they all have that beat to them, a physicality and a mood. You have to either want to dance to it or cry to it. But there’s also a feistiness to these songs that’s completely unapologetic.” Their albums include Original Soul (2004), Nothing But The Water (2005), Live Oh Five (2005), This is Somewhere (2007), Live at Skowhegan (2008), Almost Alice (2010) and Grace Potter and the Nocturnals (2010). The band’s website is: www.gracepotter.com.

Robert Francis was born in Los Angeles and grew up surrounded by music studying piano first and then guitar. He dropped out of high school in eleventh grade and started writing songs. His first song was ‘One By One’ which was recorded in 2007 and earned positive reviews. His current record, “Before Nightfall” is a snapshot of where Francis is now. "When people listen to the album, I want them to feel happy," he says. "I feel uplifted when I hear these songs; they don't bring me down. I hope people will be able to relate to them and feel as though whatever is going on in their lives is going to be okay." His albums include: One By One (2007) and Before Nightfall (2009). His website is www.robertfrancisofficial.com.
