Shredding Betties Weekend, Cranmore's first annual women's snowboarding camp, makes its debut this year March 15-16. The camp is for snowboarders of all abilities, from beginner to advanced, and will include a mix of guided ski formats to challenge participants as well as to provide variety and fun. None of the other ski resorts offers such a good time for women of all ages.

The Darkside Freestyle Terrain Park on the South Slope has undergone a complete makeover. The park has an expanded array of park features. You'll now find eleven rails, trannies, tabletops, funboxes and spines. Designed by terrain park architect Chris "Gunny" Gunnarson, the park is accessible for everyone - from those just getting comfortable with leaving the snow, to seasoned air veterans looking to go big.

Unlike other ski resorts, Cranmore is known for special events and activities designed to bring the whole family out together-under the stars.

Snowblading for everyone!

Visitors of all ages have gone crazy over Snowblades. These terrain park inspired wonders let you lay deep carves and perform aerial tricks. Besides being significantly shorter (thus making it easier for spinning tricks), snowblades are wider than normal skis and feature a twin-tip design. So if you are up for a challenge, it's time to sign up for snowblading lessons at Cranmore Mountain.

Cranmore offers you fabulous on-site lodging. You will stay in a spacious, comfortable and modern two- or three-bedroom condominium, many of which are right on the mountain for immediate trail access. Cranmore offers a very affordable midweek ski packages. Whether you are experienced on the slopes and want to expand your skills or simply someone who enjoys outdoor winter sports, Cranmore Mountain has the latest in store for you.

Under the lights

This season we are excited to introduce "Bright Nights" with activities on the North Slope and the Darkside Freestyle Terrain Park on Friday, Saturday and holiday nights. Bright Nights will also feature the Grand Prix Tubing Center, plus food, music, events and more activities for all ages.

Three lifts will be in operation during Cranmore Bright Nights: the South Double chairlift serving North and South Slopes, and the Lower & Upper Tubing handle tows at the Grand Prix Tubing Center.

Our Grand Prix Tubing Center is the coolest tubing center and this season we've gotten even better. We've added music, colorful banners and pennants, brightly colored red snow tubes, and radar guns with huge readouts at the end of two of the six tubing lanes to show you how fast you're going how cool is that!

In addition, you can book space at a wide range of luxurious hotels, historic inns and friendly bed and breakfasts.
