Cranmore Mountain is located in North Conway in the scenic White Mountain region of New Hanmpshire. Cranmore opened in 1937 and is one of the country’s oldest continuously operating ski areas.
Every winter, hundreds of thousands of families come to Cranmore to ski and ride on our sunny slopes. We offer 50 trails and glades, with a full service ski and snowboard school, many food and beverage options, a fully-licensed bar, snow tubing park and a fitness facility with indoor climbing wall, swimming pool and tennis.
And every summer, Cranmore hosts summer concerts and summer kids programs at its Fitness Center plus a host of other special events like the Jen's Friends Hill Climb. New this summer, the Tubing Park is offered along with Fun Zone activities, including bouncy house, disc golf and other fun and games for families.
Cranmore Mountain is owned and operated by Booth Creek Resorts. Booth Creek Resorts is a ski resort operator in North America with distinctive regional resorts located within 200 miles of two of the five largest skiing and snowboarding markets in the United States (Boston & San Francisco Bay Area). Each of our resorts take great pride in the communities in which they operate. The resorts Booth Creek manages are regional resorts whose appeal is in their proximity to major metropolitan areas, unique heritage and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
Cranmore’s mascot is C-more the Penguin. C-more came to roost at Cranmore about 10 years ago and has been popular with guests ever since. C-more greets guests every Saturday and also makes s’mores with the kids at Cranapalooza. Sometimes C-more can be found tubing at the Arctic Blast Tubing Park or at the new indoor Fun Zone at the Cranmore Family Fitness Center. He loves to have his picture taken with our guests so please say hello and give him a hug if you see him. If you would like to receive a free C-more the Penguin sticker, stop by our Guest Services desk at Cranmore or email us your address and we’ll mail you one!
