Trailside Condominiums are located adjacent to Lower Kandahar trail. No matter what time of year guests stay, these condominiums offer a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, while giving immediate trail access for summer hiking and winter skiing.

Brookside Condominiums are nestled back in the woods on Old Bartlett Road. Guests who stay in these condominiums can enjoy the peaceful sounds of Kearsarge Brook in the spring, summer and all, while enjoying being close enough to walk to the main base lodge for skiing in the winter.

Mountainside Condominiums are on the side of Cranmore Mountain, not far from the ski trails. Both summer and winter guests can sit back, relax and enjoy the peaceful solitude that only staying on a mountain can provide.

Unit B is a 1,610 square-foot, two-level townhouse featuring an eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, two-story living room with fireplace, dining area, generous wrap around decks, covered entry, and a loft. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. This unit may come with a walk-out ground level basement with direct access to ski trails.

Unit C is a 1,900 square-foot, two-story townhouse featuring a kitchen, two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, large living room with fireplace, two-story dining area, wrap around decks, a covered entry, and a loft.
