Camp Cranmore Summer 2008

Where kids enjoy climbing, tennis, swimming, gymnastics and more, all in North Conway, New Hampshire!

Camp Cranmore, located in one of New England's most beautiful areas, is where your kids can try out many different activities, plus select specific areas of interest. Our staff includes climbing instructors from North Conway's International Mountain Climbing School, Red-Cross certified swim instructors and other experts in their respective sports.

So your kids, ages 5-12, aren't just getting fresh New England air and making friends, they're also developing skills that will last a lifetime!

Now your kids can come to Camp Cranmore by the day! A great activity for a rainy day or when you don't have time to join us for a week.

Rates:
$279/week, $65/day for climbing camp
$219/week, $55/day all other camps

Weekdays 8:30am – 4pm

What to Bring:

• Bag lunch
• Appropriate dress for the day/activity
• Windbreaker/sweatshirt/raincoat
• Sturdy shoes
• Swimsuit, towel & goggles
• Sun block, bug repellent
• Day pack

Activity Centers:
Camp Cranmore offers various activities so campers get to choose between 2 options for 3 blocks throughout the day.

Schedule (may change slightly week to week)

Core Activities: climbing, gymnastics, swimming, nature, drumming, puppet making.

Crafts: Jewelry making, nature crafts, painting, sketching, collages and more.

Sports: Whiffle ball, kick ball, soccer, Frisbee, tennis, capture the flag, tag, relay races.

Music: drumming, making music shakers, learning to rap, make a band, etc.

Science: Nature scavenger hunt, solar prints, bird watching, bug hunt, caterpillar crawl, astronomy.

Themes: Every Friday is Theme Day and will be promoted throughout the week. Examples are pajama day, color day, backwards day, winter in July, etc.
