Steals and Deals Abound at Cranmore Mountain

NORTH CONWAY, NH -- Cranmore Mountain Resort offers dozens of ways to save every day. With online savings, ski and stay packages and multi-day deals, families never have to pay full price for a great day on the slopes.

The best value of the year will take place on Friday, December 18, 2009, when Cranmore once again celebrates Ticket Roll Back Day, offering a special lift ticket price--  only $3.30. That’s what skiers were paying back in the 1930s.

Cranmore also offers many popular online ticket deals, including a midweek Mon. – Thurs. “2-fer-1” ticket, offering 2 adult lift tickets for the price of a single lift ticket.

For skiers who spend a lot of time at North Conway’s mountain of choice, the Cranmore Happy Trails pass provides a full season of winter fun starting at just $169 for kids (price valid through 11/30/09).

Season passes aren't the only way skiers and riders save at Cranmore this season. Cranmore offers guests an Add-a-Day option for those purchasing a single day lift ticket. When customers present that day's lift ticket at the Ticket Haus before 4 p.m., they can save up to 30% off the next day's lift ticket.

This option joins Cranmore's After 2 Tomorrow Too, where skiers purchase a lift ticket or rental package after 2 p.m. and get all that day and the following day for the price of one day.

Cranmore’s new night time all-inclusive Super Slider ticket includes night skiing, two hours of snow tubing, and two hours of Fun Zone admission for $49 (all ages). The deal is available every Saturday night (from 2 p.m. and on) from December 26 to March 13, plus New Year’s Eve and February 17.

Fridays are free at Cranmore. Buy a three-day lift ticket online in advance for Friday through Sunday and get Friday free. This special offering excludes December 26 through January 2, January 16 through January 17, and February 13 through February 20.

Cranmore’s gift to birthday girls and boys – free skiing on their birthdays. Register your child’s birthday online at Cranmore.com/birthday for a free ticket that day, plus a special birthday party with C-more the Penguin held every Saturday at 4:30 p.m. for those birthday kids who registered that week. Valid for ages 6 to12 with proof of birthdate.

Three then Free and Reach the Peak are also great options for beginner and intermediate lesson packages. Guests who take three beginner or intermediate group lessons packages get a free season pass (ages 13 & up). Cranmore's Kids Rule package gives parents savings on group ski lessons for kids ages 6-14 when 4 lessons are purchased.

For those who drive an alternative fuel vehicle, free skiing is offered ontwo days this winter – Sat. January 23 and March 20, 2010. Show up in a vehicle burning biodiesel, like Cranmore’s snowcat groomers, or a hybrid, to receive one free adult lift ticket plus VIP parking.

Cranmore Mountain has the state’s most popular tubing park, and the best value for tubing is its Tubing Season Pass.  It costs only $89 through December 24, 2009, when prices increase to $99, for unlimited tubing all winter long with no blackout dates.

Last year, Cranmore opened its new indoor Fun Zone Activity Center. Families can save on Fun Zone tickets when they buy tickets online in advance – up to 20% savings.
