Weekend Outlook: Snowmaking Update
Hi Cranmore Family,
Consistent cold temperatures arrive again tonight night and it looks like our snowmaking crew will be working around the clock for the next 5 to 7 days, laying down the white stuff for us to enjoy!
Earlier this week we improved our ski surface on Lower Beginner’s Luck and in the base area. Look for one long, top to bottom run for this weekend (Easy Street to Gibson to Lower Beginner’s Luck). Also look for one lane of snow tubing for Saturday and Sunday.
With consistent cold temperatures we look at add the South Slope, Snow Train, Lucky Pitch, Artist Falls, Macaroni, the Beginner Basin and Kandahar to Lower Skimeister by the middle to end of next week (December 16-17). Once these trails are completed we then move to Upper Hurricane, Middle, the Comp Slope, Emperor, Koessler and Upper Beginner’s Luck. We should be in great shape for the upcoming Christmas Holiday week!
We currently have natural snow on the ground as well and hopefully Mother Nature will lend a hand as we head further into December.
Stay tuned for an exciting winter ahead!
