December 27th Update

What a week!  18 inches of natural snow in the last 7 days, plus some awesome snowmaking weather means we’re killing it, with just under 80% of our terrain open for vacation week – I’ll tell you, the skiing is PHENOMENAL!

We’re in a little bit of a cold spell here for the next few days, which is great news for snowmaking.  Tonight the plan is to continue to work on Lower Kandahar, Upper and Lower Hurricane, Zip Trail and the Director’s Cut Skier and Boarder Cross.  Look for these trails to be added to our trail count in the next few days.

Cranmore does have the advantage of being a south facing mountain and the winds are not expected to be strong, which is a plus with these cold temps.  Conditions are way too great to miss out on, so if you dress warmly you’re in for a great week!

Until next time,

Becca
