Moving into Phase 5

January 6, 2017 Update

Cold temperatures return tonight and our snowmaking team has set up a majority of Phase Five of our snowmaking plan.

That’s right, that means that we have completed the first Four Phases of our plan and there are only two phases to go.  Look for Bandit, Lower Arlberg, Quad Chute, and Ledges to open this weekend.  Our groomers are pushing these trails out tonight and tomorrow.

Snowmaking will continue throughout the weekend on Upper Hurricane, Hurricane, Zip Trail, the Reel, Rattlesnake, and the Upper and Lower Double Feature Terrain Parks.

With the forecast ahead, it looks like we will be approximately 85% open by MLK weekend.

So get out there and enjoy our great conditions.  Mother Nature has treated us this year to more snow than we received all of last year but remember that it’s the efforts of our snowmaking team that keep our snow conditions in primo condition.

See you on the slopes.
