The SnowSports School team is searching for new talent to share the passion for skiing and snowboarding with others. Cranmore is known for its legendary SnowSports School, and to that end, our ski and snowboard instructors receive rigorous training on creating a positive & memorable guest experience, safety, as well as the dynamics of teaching and advancing their own personal skill levels.
When you join this team, you quickly realize it’s much more than a department of instructors… it truly is a family. Cranmore instructors are known to work 20, 30, even 40 years at the resort, often teaching the children and grandchildren of learners they taught years ago. The camaraderie among this group is like none other; Cranmore instructors are friendly and welcoming, mentors to others, parents, grandparents, sons, daughters, siblings, cousins and lifelong friends. They enjoy meeting up for social time on the weekends after lessons end, and throughout the off-season for golf tournaments, pool parties, boating trips, and more. Our team is a unique family and when you join it, you become part of something bigger.
